Ingredients: 2 skinless chicken breast rice
teriyaki sauce: soya sauce, hoisin, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch, water
spicy yogurt sauce: greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ranch dressing, cayenne, paprika, sugar, pepper, hot sauce your choice of veggies - I use broccoli, grated carrots, slivered water chestnuts, prepared cabbage and cilantro to garnish

Directions:Prepare white or brown rice to use later Prepare sauces as indicated below Marinate cut up chicken in half of the teriyaki sauce for 1 hour and stir fry Remove chicken to side dish while you stir fry veggies {except cabbage and cilantro} Combine chicken and veggies and add rest of teriyaki sauce
For each serving add rice to serving bowl and top with veggies, prepared cabbage, cilantro to taste and top with a few spoonfuls of yogurt sauce
Yogurt sauce: combine 1 C yogurt, 1/4 C mayo, 1Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp ranch dressing, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp sugar, pepper, shot of hot sauce
Teriyaki sauce: combine 3Tbsp soya, 3Tbsp hoisin sauce, 3Tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1Tbsp cornstarch and 1/2 C water and simmer to thicken. |

Notes: Really good and worth making the sauces instead of using ready made. Experiment with whatever veggies but try a bit of the prepared cabbage on top it is really good
