4 - 8 inch, whole wheat tortillas
2/3 cup fresh or frozen spinach, finely chopped
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Other toppings like pepperoni or grilled chicken(optional)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Take two tortillas. Divide spinach, cheese and other pizza toppings (optional) between. Top each with the other tortilla. Heat skillet. Spray with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and then flip onto the other side until cheese is melted. Cut into pie pieces. Serve with sauce for dipping.

You can also use just one tortilla with a little cheese and pepperoni, making it look like a mini pizza.
