SALAD
1 bag coleslaw
5 green onions chopped
2 handfuls bean sprouts
1/2 cup unsalted sesame seeds
DRESSING
1 peg regular ichiban soup (red package)
1/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large salad bowl. Set aside
2. Open the soup package and take out the noodles only; break apart in small pieces and add to salad fixings. Set aside the soup base mix
3. To make the dressing, add soup base mix, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and soy sauce. Taste to adjust seasonings ( more vinegar if you like it tart)
4. Pour over greens and toss. Let sit in fridge for about 3 hours before serving
