1 lb. mild sausage, fried and crumbled
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
Directions:

Mix sausage and cheese together. Spread on party rye. Bake at 400º until bubbly and bread is slightly toasted (15-20 minutes).

Regina says: "These have been a favorite of ours for many years, especially requested at Christmas parties. They are easily frozen by placing them on a baking sheet and then placing in Zip Lock bags. Just remove and thaw when needed, and bake."
