2 small box lemon jello
1-20 oz crushed pineapple w/juice
2-cans 11 oz mandrain oranges
2-12 oz cool whip
1-8oz cream cheese

Boil 2 cups water, add jello. Add crushed pineapple with juice. Drain 1 can oranges. Add jello mixture, add cream cheese. Beat with mixer on low until smooth. Chill a few hours or over night. Add cool whip (fold in). Garnish with can of drained mandrin oranges.
