1/2 c. oleo
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs plus enough milk to make 2 cups
Filling :
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 T. milk
1 1/2 T. hot water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Frosting :
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. milk
6 T. oleo
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Melt and mix oleo and unsweetened choc. Add choc. mixture with sugar, flour, soda, eggs and milk. Beat all at once and bake in cup cake tins at 350º oven for 15-20 min. Cool
Filling :
Put Crisco, powdered sugar, milk, hot water, vanilla, and salt in large bowl and whip until fluffy. (takes several minutes) Put filling into a cake decorator tube and squeeze into cup cakes or take a teaspoon and take some of the cake out of center and put filling in hole.
Frosting :
Bring sugar, milk and oleo to a boil for 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and stir till melted. When starting to thicken dip cup cake into pan to frost or frost with knife.

6 T. of cocoa plus 2-3 T. oleo = 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate.
