2 pheasants
1 small package frozen green beans
1 package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1/4 pound butter
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Steam in dutch oven 1 hour
Debone pheasants and chunk.

Cook beans and drain.
Combine stuffing, butter and 1/4 cup broth.
Mix soup and remaining broth and sour cream.
Put green beans on bottom, cover with 1/2 of the stuffing mix. Cover with chunks of pheasant.
Pour broth and sour cream mix over top of pheasant. Place last 1/2 of stuffing on top. Bake 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
