2 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups diced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Add apples and nuts. Sift flour and dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour into 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
