¼ cup flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 lbs. beef round steak
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
½-1 cup coarsely chopped green peppers
1 1lb. can tomatoes


Directions:
Directions:
Pound flour mixture into meat. Brown meat in large skillet in hot oil. Top with onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Cover; cook over low heat for 2 hours or until tender. Or cook in oven at 350º until tender.
