Ingredients: 23 litres carboy of distilled water 4 litres dandelion yellow petals 4 kg white sugar 1 litre or more of white wine concentrate 2 kg cheap bananas 5 t. Acid blend 1/2 t. grape tannin 1 pkg. champagne yeast 6 oz glycerine also camden tablets and sterilizing powder

Directions:1. Pour 8 litres of boiling water over dandelion petals and let steep for two days. 2. At the end of two days, boile for 15 minutes. 3. Put the white wine in a sterilized primary container and strain the dandelion water into it. Cover with a plastic sheet and tie down tight. 4. Peel and slice bananas into 4 litres of water, add 2 kg sugar and simmer for one hour. 5. Strain banana water into the dandelion water. 6. Add the rest of the ingredients except the yeast. 7. Add enough water to bring up to 23 litres. 8. Crush 5 camden tablets and dissolve in a cup of water and add to the wine. 9. After 24 hours with the temperature at 20ºC. sprinkle the yeast on the surface and stir. 10. After the yeast has started to work (at least 4 days) add the remaining 2 kg of sugar. 11. If you've made wine before follow the usual wine making procedures. If You Haven't Made Wine Before! 12. After the wine has stopped active fermentation, siphon into a carboy and seal with an airlock. 13. Siphon the wine off the sediment every 10 days until it becomes clear. 14. Crush 5 camden tablets and dissolve in 1/2 cup of water and add to the wine. (This neutralizes the yeast). 15. After 24 hours add another 5 camden tablets and bottle.
