1 kg bag hash browns
2 tins cream soup (cream of chicken or mushroom)
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. onion soup mix (1 small pkg.)
2 c. shredded cheese
12 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hashbrowns into casserole dish. Mix soup and milk together and add remainder of ingredients. Pour over hashbrowns and mix. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2-2 hours ,if hashbrowns are frozen, or 1 hour, if hashbrowns are not frozen. Top with 3 c. of crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/2 c. of melted margarine. Add this for the last 15 min of baking.
