1 1/4 c. graham wafer crembs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter (melted)
2 pkg (250 g) cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
2 envelopes Dream Whip dessert Topping Mix

Directions:
Combine crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly on bottom of 8 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese and 1 c. sugar until smooth and fluffy. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve with Blueberry sauce, cherry pie filling, chocolate sauce, etc.
