Ingredients:  
1 english cucumber or 2 6-inch cucumbers, peeled and sliced very thin
1/2 Vidalia onion or purple, sliced very thin
2 T capers (the one's soaked in brine)
2 T fresh chopped dill
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
2 T brine from capers
Cavendar's to taste
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste.

Cucumbers will throw off excess water. This salad will be watery......can be eaten as a cold soup.
