1/2 cup Minced Onions
2 lb. Ground Chuck
2 cloves Garlic
1 cup Red Wine
1 (3 oz cans) Mushrooms
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Parsley
1 (10oz) can Tomato Sauce
1 quart Stewed Tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Bell Pepper
Pinch of Thyme
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and brown the ground chuck, onions, garlic; add mushrooms (untrained), tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, salt, bell pepper, sugar, parsley, thyme, oregano and basil. Simmer 1 hour; add wine, simmer 1 1/2 hours.
