1/2 CUP MILK
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC PRESSED THROUGH GARLIC PRESS OR MINCED
1 TBS DRIED PARSLEY
1 LARGE OR EXTRA LARGE EGG
3 TBS WORCESTSHIRE SAUCE
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
1 1/2 TSP KOSHER SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
1 TSP CHILI POWDER
1 LB GROUND BEEF
1 LB GROUND PORK
1 TBS COOKING OIL
1 CUP KETCHUP
3 TBS DARK BROWN SUGAR
2 TBS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

SAUTE THE ONION IN 2 TSP OF COOKING OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT TILL TRANSLUCENT, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. MIX THE BREADCRUMBS, MILK, PARSLEY, EGG, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,CHILI POWDER, SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC AND SAUTED ONION IN A LARGE BOWL. ADD THE GROUND BEEF AND PORK. MIX WITH YOUR HANDS AND SHAPE INTO 6 OR 7 SMALL LOAVES.

HEAT THE OIL IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. BROWN THE LOAVES, AROUND 3 MINUTES PER SIDE.

WHISK KETCHUP, BROWN SUGAR, AND VINEGAR IN A BOWL. BRUSH A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE MIXTURE OVER THE LOAVES, RESERVING THE REST. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO THE SKILLET. COVER AND SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT FOR 15 MINUTES,

REMOVE LOAVES TO A SERVING DISH. POUR OFF ALL BUT 2 TBS OF LIQUID IN THE SAUTE PAN. ADD KETCHUP MIXTURE AND HEAT UNTIL BUBBLING AND SOMEWHAT THICKENED. POUR OVER LOAVES AND SERVE.
