3 c sliced carrots
1/2 tsp salt
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tbsp minced onion
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Place all ingredients except sugar and butter in oiled casserole; sprinkle with sugar and butter. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes at 400º.
