1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yoke
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolk & lemon juice. Stir in flour until well blended.
Roll 1 inch balls, put small indentation in top of each.
Bake at 350'F for 12 minutes
Cool
Add 1/2 tsp jam into each.
