2 Sticks Margarine
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple in Syrup
1 12 Oz. Package Crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 7 Oz. Package Grated Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Blend butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add pineapple alternately with wafer crumbs. Add coconut and nuts. Bake in greased tube pan approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until done. Cool in pan before removing.

This is a recipe Richard got from Frances, a friend he worked with at the auction. She enjoyed baking for him and he enjoyed eating everything she baked. This is one of his favorites she brought.
