1 pint of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crushed cornflake or cookie crumbs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
1 egg
honey
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out ice cream into balls & roll in hands. Place on cookie sheet & return to freezer.
Mix cornflakes crumbs, cinnamon & sugar.
Roll frozen ice cream into balls in half the mixture & freeze again.
Beat egg & dip coated balls in egg, then roll again in remaining crumbs. Freeze.
For thicker coating you can repeat the above one more time-egg & crumbs.
When ready to serve, heat oil to 350 º
Place a frozen ice cream ball into the hot oil on a slotted spoon for 1 minute or so. Immediately remove & place in dessert glass. Drizzle with honey & top with a dollop of whipped cream.

*fry balls one at a time until crunchy on the outside and just beginning to melt on inside.
