2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
1 pound crawfish tails
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread as directed on package. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until translucent. Add crawfish tails and cook for five (5) minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and water and cook for ten (10) minutes. Remove from heat. Crumble cornbread into crawfish mixture and add milk; mix well. Pour in casserole dish and bake for ten (10) minutes.
