3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
1 pkg. (3 ozs.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sliced green onions with tops
1 C. Pace picante sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/3 C. finely crushed unflavored tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness. Combine cream cheese, green onions, 1/4 C. picante sauce and cumin; mix well. Spoon evenly onto center of each chicken breast half. Roll up; secure with a wooden pick. Place pick side down in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Spoon remaining 3/4 C. picante sauce evenly over chicken; sprinkle with tortilla chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken to a serving plate; stir pan juices and spoon over chicken. Serves 6.
