Strawberries cut up
Candied Pecans (see this recipe book for this recipe)

Dressing:
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or whatever one you prefer)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons Strawberry Jam
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dressing ingredients together and toss with spinach and strawberries, top with pecans and serve! Voila! Super easy and everybody loves it when I take it to potlucks!
