1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons celery seed
1 cup canola oil (olive is also good - much heavier)
1/3 cup white wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a blender or mix with an electric mixer.

This is such a good salad dressing on vegetables or fruit. It enhances and doesn't overpower the flavors.
