10 cups cut rhubarb, packed light
10 cups sugar
2 1/2 size can of crushed pineapple
4 packages strawberry jello
Pint jelly jars-(5)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight at room temperature. Stir rhubarb and sugar and boil for 4 minutes.
Add the crushed pineapple and boil 14 minutes. Add the jello at 10 minutes (boil the last four minutes with the jello).
Pack in pint jars - makes 5 pints.
