Ingredients:  
4 lg. artichokes
1/2 lb. bay shrimp
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Steam or boil artichokes until tender. Remove centers from chokes leaving the hearts and most of the outer leaves. Combine mayonnaise and Swiss cheese and mix well. Add shrimp to mixture. Fill artichokes with shrimp mixture filling each choke to fullest extent. Top with parmesan cheese. Place in microwave-safe dish and microwave 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
