2 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup dried apricots, snipped in pieces
1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix honey with cooking oil; set aside
Combine all other ingredients in large bowl.
Pour honey/oil mixture over dry ingredients (except fruit); stir.
Spread onto 13"x9" broiler pan.
Bake at 250º-275º for 30-45 minutes or until browned.
Stir about every 15 mintues.
Stir in apricots and raisins while mixture is warm.
