4 eggs,
3 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup canned pumpkin
2.3 cup water
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, salt and spices well. Add remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour 3 small loaf pans and fill a little more than halfway.
Or, you can use a bundt pan.
Bake about 1 hour at 350º.
Sprinkle the top with sifted powdered sugar when completely cooled.
