Soup Bone or 1/2-1 lb. lean stew meat
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 15 oz. diced tomatoes
1 can consommé
3 cups water
Salt, Pepper to taste
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 potato, diced
1-2 T. rice
6-8 pieces spaghetti, broken into thirds

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat or soup bone; brown celery and onions until tender; drain all; discard fat.
Return to kettle; add tomatoes, consommé, and
water.
Stir until blended, then simmer for one hour.
Add potato, rice, and spaghetti pieces.
Simmer about 30 more minutes.
Add mixed vegetables, stir, and simmer about 30 more minutes.
