3 lb. steak
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp onion, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Heat oil in skillet. Brown steak.
Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over steak. Bake 1 1/2 hrs.
