3 c. flour
3 tsp sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Mix in cheese, milk & eggs. Roll out on floured board. Cut into circles using cutter dipped in flour. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 min.
