2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 stick of butter
1 can of whole corn
1 can of cream corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup to 1 1/2 cup sugar (I use 1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º
Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 pan
Mix all ingredients and pour in pan
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm and golden on top
Note: If you want it to be more like cornbread use 2 boxes of Jiffy Muffin Mix. If you want to use it by the spoonful just one.
