3 pkg. (16oz. each) frozen corn
2 pkg. (one 8 oz., one 3oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
3 T water
3 T milk
2 T sugar
6 slices American cheese, cut into small pices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Stir well before serving.
