4 lbs. ground beef
5 Tlbs. chopped onion
1 Tblsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves pressed fresh garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
3 cups ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef (uncooked) in a large crock pot. Add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook on low heat overnite or for 6 hours. Drain grease. Add ketchup and mustard. Stir well. Keep warm in crock pot until ready to serve.

Very easy, but you need to plan ahead for the cooking time. Great for family gatherings. Reheats well.
