Ingredients:
1 pound Lean Beef (Buy cut & packaged in frozen meat section at Asian Markets)
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame or corn oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
4 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2-3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2-3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into thin cross-grain slices approximately 3" square. Combine sugar, soy sauce, oil, sesame seed, onion, garlic powder, and pepper; mix well. Add to beef and let marinate for at least 15 minutes. Best grilled over a charcoal fire but may also be oven-broiled or pan-fried. Heat marinade and simmer on stove. Put meat back into marinade sauce after it has cooked. Serve hot with rice.

Personal Notes:
This is delicious. I have only made this fried in a wok and it is great. Use the extra sauce on the rice. See Mahndu recipe (Korean Beef/Pork Egg Rolls) in Appetizers. The beef is a lean steak or roast cut thin which you can buy premade at Asian markets.
