Directions:
Sprinke prawns and scallops with salt and pepper. In a saute pan with a splash of olive oil, on medium high heat, sear the prawns and scallops in batches, until just cooked through, about 3 - 4 minutes. Do not over cook! Remove to plate.

In same pan, sweat garlic, onion, and pepper flakes, until onion is softened and translucent. Add stock and reduce by half. Add cream and curry powder and reduce by half again, until sauce is thickened and taste of raw cream is gone. 15 - 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile boil water and cook pasta according to package directions.

Garnish with chopped chives.

We had this at an Italian restaurant. It was so good I decided to try to re-create it at home. Sue says this is even better than the restaurant!
