1/3-1/2 lb ham (ground)
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tbsp pimento or green peppers (optional)
2 hard cooked eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham with egg, add pimento and chopped eggs. Using one recipe of bisquick biscuits roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut in eight squares. Arrange a mound of meat on each square and roll up. Place cut side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted margarine. Bake at 400º for 15 mins. Heat soup with cheese and pour over each serving. Garnish with egg slices.
