2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp salt
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together egg yolks, water and salt. Add enough flour to make a stiff ball. Roll out and let dry on one side, turn over and let dry, then cut into noodles. Use enough flour so as not to be sticky. Cook in chicken or beef broth. Bring broth to boil, add noodles and bring back to a boil, then turn off heat and cover. Ready to serve in a few minutes.
