3 lb. ground ham - (or finely chopped)
4 hard boiled eggs
1 can chopped olives
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 can diced green chilies
Few chopped green onions
Salad dressing or mayonaise
Sandwich buns (20 to 25)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and moisten with salad dressing or mayonaise.
Cut off the tops of buns and remove bread from middle.
Stuff buns with filling and wrap in foil.
Heat in 300º oven for 20 minutes before serving.

Oven heat may vary depending on oven.
Filling can be made ahead and stored in fridge until ready to stuff buns.
I have stuffed buns a day earlier and kept them in the fridge.
