Dressing
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Salad
1 chopped onion
1 - 1 1/2 pkg baby spinach leaves
1 handful of bean sprouts
6 slices of crisp bacon, crumbled
1 can of water chestnuts, drained, rinsed, and sliced
1 pkg Top Ramen noodles, uncooked, broken into pieces. Do not use flavor packet.
Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Blend well with a whisk and store at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Salad: Mix all ingredients together. Top with dressing.
