1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 med head of cabbage, chopped
1 (28-oz) can tomatoes, chopped and liquid reserved
1 tomato can filled with water
4 beef bullion cubes

chopped fresh parsley, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, brown beef. Add the garlic salt and powder, pepper, celery, kidney beans, cabbage, tomatoes, water and bouillon cubes. Bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour. Add the chopped parsley as garnish when served.
