6-8 medium potatoes
3 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 onion
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and slice potatoes into small cubes. Dice carrots, onion, and celery. Place everything in a large kettle. Cover with water and simmer for 20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Drain out water, but save water in a bowl. Melt butter in kettle; add flour and slowly add milk. Keep stirring until thick. Add vegetables. Mix and add some of the remaining drained water. Stir together.
