Salad:

1 bunch bok choy, chopped
1 bunch romaine, chopped
2 bunches green onions, chopped

Crunchies:

2 TBS butter or margarine
2 packages Ramen noodles, crushed
1 cup sliced almonds
¼ cup sesame seeds

Sauce:

½ cup white vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
4 TBS soy sauce
½ cup sugar (I use equal, about 12 packets) (Original recipe calls for 1 cup sugar)

2 cups boiled, shredded or sliced & grilled chicken.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Heat ramen noodles, stirring frequently, until browned. Add almonds & sesame seeds, heat 5 more minutes, stirring constantly, or until golden brown.

Heat sauce to boiling, boil approx. 2 minutes. Pour into glass jar & cover until ready to use.

Combine all ingredients & serve immediately
