2 8oz-pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls
8oz cream cheese
1/2c mayo
2t cider vinegar
1T sugar
1/2t salt
1 garlic clove
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1c frozen peas, thawed
3 plum tomatoes, sliced
2 cups thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
1/2c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2c chopped red onion

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescent rolls on a jellyroll pan. Seal seams and press up sides to form a crust. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool completely.

Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix with softened cream cheese and garlic. Add half of the bacon and peas; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust.

Arrange tomatoes over cream cheese mixture. Top with lettuce, cheddar cheese, and red onion. Sprinkle remaining bacon and peas. Cut into squares.
