2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp.flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
juice of 1 lemon and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar; cream well.
Add well-beaten egg yolks, flour, lemon juice and rind.
Mix well.
Add milk and FOLD in stiffly-beaten egg whites.
Bake in greased baking dish set in a pan of warm water 45 minutes at 350º.

This makes a very nice lemony sauce. I always double this recipe as it is so delicious.
