Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. beef chuck roast
1 oz. dry Italian seasoning
1 c. beer or beef stock
16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Put the roast, Italian seasoning mix, and beer or stock in the crockpot. Cook on high for about 5-6 hours or low for about 8 (until beef is very tender). Shred beef and add the peppers. Cook for another couple of hours.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use beer. It says to use dark beer, but I use whatever I have. I do not put the whole jar of peppers in. I add all the juice and about half the peppers. This is up to you how much you want. Add shredded mozzarella cheese to the sandwich for some extra taste.
