1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp, Milk
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Topping
1 Cup Cool Whip
4 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp, Vanilla
1 Can Pie Filling Cherry or your favorite(Optional)
Directions:

Mix well and put into pie shell.

Mix together and put on top of pie add pie filling on top and refrigate till cool
