1/4 tsp black pepper.
1/4 c. vinegar.
1/2 c. ketchup.
1/2 tsp garlic powder (or equivlant buds or chopped)
1/2 tsp Worchestishire Sauce.
3 Dashes hot sauce (Cholola)
1 onion grated.
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar.
1 c. salad oil.

Using rotary beater, mix ingredients, (except oil) in order listed. Gradually add oil while beating. Refrigerate. Shake well beforw using.

I developed this to replace Russon dressing in sweet and sour dishes. Russon dresing hard to find and expensive. I just added what I thought would work. It does for us. You may want to eleminate or change ingedients to your taste.
