11/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 cinnamon stick (3 in.)
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 T. raisins (I just "toss" in a handful).

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the water, rice, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for about 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Stir in milk and raisins. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, about 10-15 minutes or until thick and creamy, stirring frequently. Discard cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
