8 oz. cream cheese
2-1/2 oz. package dried beef
6 oz. Kratf Old English cheese
green onions. chopped (depends on how much you
like onions)
1/2 c. grated longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Rinse dried beef, pat dry with paper towel. Cut dried beef into small pieces. With electric beater, mix together cheeses. Stir in dried beef. Form into a ball and cover with chopped nuts or just put into a bowl. Serve with crackers.

It won't hurt to refrigerate the cheese ball if you want to serve it later. I usually do so that the flavors can blend.
