1/4 C maple syrup
2 Tbsp soya sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 lb salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the maple syrup, soya sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper in bowl. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake at 400º for about 20 - 30 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
